By creating an account, using the app, browsing the website, submitting forms, posting content, or interacting with other users, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use and the related Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

RailHub may publish a web-optimized content layer to support search visibility, indexing, internal linking, and public access while keeping the wider app experience separate.

RailHub may include a Mutual Transfer section where users voluntarily share information for transfer-related opportunities.

• Any information you post there may be visible to other users.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information you submit.
• RailHub is not responsible for misuse, interpretation, or third-party use of information that you intentionally make public in this section.

8. Chat and Communication Features

• RailHub does not guarantee that every article, update, document, or guide is complete, current, or error-free at all times.

10. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

Unless otherwise stated, the structure, design, branding, and platform-specific content of RailHub are protected by applicable laws.

• You may read, share, and reference publicly available RailHub content for lawful and appropriate purposes.

RailHub may include links to third-party websites, documents, or external resources. These resources operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

RailHub is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.

14. Availability and Service Changes
